# 1 best selling useless invention
A tie is totally useless and pointless , no matter how you look at it , whe i was young i thought it was smart , because its like having a tissue tied to your neck , this way you can whip up your mouth after eating then throw it away or something ,but that wasn't it , and its really annoying as hell , it chokes on your throat . And if you ask why , its simple , because we are civilized , a suit without a tie doesn't show a serious man . I guess its true , if we have declare wars on countries , and kill lots of human , we should atleast do it with a style .

hmm , never really gave it much thought , but come to think of it , it IS useless :S
hmm , am back , i really can't get this out of my mind , i can't believe that we (men) have been wearing something for years and no one ever stoped to think "WHY" , i even did some reading about this , and it all say that it useless :S

meyaw : well the histroy of ties is intersting , but true its useless no matter how you look at it , but atleast in one part of the history it used to stop swords from killing ppl , atleast they were useful at a time
check the renaissance and baroque costumes.. u will b thankful to wear a tie.. they got some dresses and costumes that u cn never breathe in it!!!!:))) although i don like ties, but i can found some stuff elegant to wear on neck as well..cheers!
